A tree of average development, which flowers profusely from July to September depending on its exposure (first flowers on about 5 July in Dordogne).
Resistant to severe winter weather: it has been observed in these conditions for during several years (January 1985 and 1987).
Fine foliage, hanging down slightly at extremities.
The particularly dense flowering, as well as the very bright red colouring make this remarkable plant by far the most attractive red on the market at present.
Origin: Produced from seedlings, the result of this selection has been discovered and studied for several years in the small area known as “Tuilière” in Dordogne. This area, known for its dam and hydroelectric plant, is located on the River Espérance.
