General assessment
Because of its rusticity and the generally good production obtained from adult trees, the Parisienne variety is of interest in semi-intensive culture or for soils of average richness only. It can thus be used in place of the Corne variety in certain areas of Périgord, to which it is perfectly adapted.
Its good-quality nut is however of slightly less good quality than Franquette and has the problem of being quite difficult to dry.
