Recommended cultivation area: Gironde, Charente, Dordogne, Brittany, Corrèze, Pyrénées Atlantiques, Ardèche. Altitude limit not known.

Specific features: Leaves remain green until end of November.
Stocks: On roots (ink resistance not well known) or grafted onto ink-resistant stock.
Vigour: Quite good.
Bearing: Very erect.
Fruiting: Quite quick.
Budding: Early in Dordogne.
Productivity: Good.
Diseases: Very resistant to leaf rust.
Male flowers: Non-staminate (no pollen)
Pollinating agents: all long-staminate C. Sativa + CA 75
Flowering period: 20 June – 10 July

  General assessment
A large variety of chestnut, very early but non-staminate. Little is known as yet about its production capacity depending on situations.
Can be compared with Early Migoule.
